Elantech trackpad. Touchpad Not Detected Ubuntu After awaking the device the mouse still works. In windows, i have an option to move back and forward with 3 fingure multi touch. i dont remember how many kernel i tried but none of them can solve this issue.

Tonight, I went back to Ubuntu bug page to realize someone has submitted a fix, and it seems to be working for many users. I can confirm it works and my touchpad problem is solved without applying any patch. However, it doesn't always work at reboot. weblink Hunk #18 FAILED at 481.
