It worked fine and loved it. The driver were not installed correctly in windows 7....I tried to uninstall the default driver provided by windows in Device Manager. After several minutes, I'd hear the sound from the desktop of hardware disconnecting, and then when I switched back to the desktop, the mouse and keyboard would not work. My laptop has the wrong type for the cable that came with this switch. Type #2 Emulation based switches ( most of KVM switches with hot-key selection are emulated USB kvm switches).
