any idea how to fix that if its the case? It runs well normally, but for some reason, when I plug it in while using it, it shuts down on me. We can't seem to find anything that shows when we bought the computer. Let me know what is the problem. But the laptop is dead. It's possible the failed jack shoring the AC adapter and because of the the adapter light goes off when it's plugged into the laptop. It's the charger's fault.
