Can't Unhide Columns In Excel

Next right click row 66, chose unhide, and rows 1-65 will reappear. When I go back to bring in February so I can work on that, it doesn't show up in the filter, and I can't unhide those rows in any of the I have hidden rows 1-65 in an excel sheet.
